Alison Cummins is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Business Owner with over 20 years of commercial experience. She has worked in renowned organizations such as Warner Lambert, Smithkline Beecham, and LEO Laboratories, honing her expertise in the commercial sector.

Her impressive educational background includes a B.Eng in Process Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology, and an MSc (Hons) in Food Business and Technology, giving her a unique perspective when approaching complex business challenges.

She successfully built her own business, supplying multiples, food service clients and processing companies, exporting worldwide a HPSU client of Enterprise Ireland and a client of Bord Bia.

She has successfully navigated the complexities of exporting globally, establishing strong relationships with equipment and packaging manufacturers, their supply chains and logistics. Alison is well-versed in regulatory compliance and helps companies meet accreditation criteria for products in domestic and international markets.
